Virtual Training

Our virtual training program blends personalized fitness with flexibility, letting you work out on your terms. Using a dedicated app, we tailor your workouts to your goals and guide you through exercises with instructions and demos. Upload workout recordings for safety checks, and enjoy weekly check-ins for progress reviews, feedback, and program adjustments. Experience the freedom of virtual training with the support you need to stay motivated and find success.

Virtual training also includes general nutrition guidance, mindset work, bi-weekly check-ins and direct access to me.

Pricing:

$200 per month

Hybrid Training

Hybrid training offers the best of both worlds including one session of in-person training per week. You complete the remainder of the workouts virtually on your own. Our hybrid option allows you the opportunity to have hands-on support while also allowing you the freedom and flexibility to complete the remaining training on your own. The same great programming and accountability in a format that fits your schedule best.
